Description of artist's work

Pangnirtung is one of the best-known of the Inuit communities in the Arctic. It is located on the shore of a fjord on Baffin Island, and is home to a remarkable group of Inuit artists, whose work has exhibited across Canada and the United States, as well as in Europe and Greenland.
