Description of artist's work

Kip moved to Nova Scotia’s South Shore 12 years ago and is inspired by the quality of light along the shoreline. Elemental forces change and shape the shore, frequently removing and depositing features. His images of seascapes in their transcendent light are distillations of many shoreline walks.
