Veronique was 11 yrs old when she met painter A.Y. Jackson and it catapulted her into a passion for the style of The Group of Seven. Her formal training in visual art began in 1979 at York University where she studied along with dance. Continuing her life drawing and painting education at NSCAD, Véronique quickly discovered her passion for life drawing and oil painting.
