Rose Adams

Natural history, flowers, birds and wonders of memory and science co-exist in Rose's celebratory paintings and drawings.
Since 2004 Rose’s work has explored the natural world, anatomy, memory and the brain. She has an extensive exhibition record and teaches at NSCAD University. Her twenty-five year retrospective, “Birds, Bones, and Brains” was held at Saint Mary’s University Art Gallery during 2014. Her work can be found in the Canada Council Art Bank, Nova Scotia Art Bank as well as various institutional and private collections. She teaches at NSCADU at Teichert Gallery.
