Robin Courneya-Roblin

Robin Courneya-Roblin, Studio Tour Artist

Robin’s original watercolour paintings portray Nova Scotia’s serenity: sailboats, lighthouses, and seagulls are delicately nestled into the dynamic backdrop of the Atlantic.
Robin grew up on the Peggy’s Cove Road in Glen Margaret, with her eight siblings in the 60s and 70s. After living in Ontario for many years, she returned home to Nova Scotia in 2022. Touched by the beauty of familiar coastal landscapes, Robin was inspired to commit her surroundings to watercolour for the first time. Her artwork is driven by a sense of wonder at the beauty of the coastal community she’s been missing all these years.
