Eman was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Set Design from the University of Helwan in Cairo. She is a mother of two, and lives in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada. She has been oil painting for 25 years and acrylic painting through classes and workshops and courses at Expression of Colour Art Studio and NSCAD University for extended studies. She is very fond of seascapes, landscapes, and still-life. She also participates in annual plein air events such as Paint The Town (Annapolis Royal), Paint The Sea On Site in Lunnenburg, Paint Halifax Public Garden, Paint The Hydroston and Paint Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. Eman has exhibited her work at The Art Zone Gallery, 14 Bells Fine Art Gallery, Teichert Gallery and Humani-T Gallery in Halifax, Nova Scotia
