Sarah Irwin Artist

Sarah Irwin

Oil paintings of vibrant imagined landscapes, animal paintings, ink drawings, upcycled assemblages and stone sculpture are ways Irwin communicates topics of environmental and social change.
Sarah Irwin is a multi disciplinary artist who also writes stories and poems. A graduate of Georgian College and NSCAD, she has been creating, gardening, teaching, and infusing art into the Hacketts Cove community since 2004. Her work is shown at 14 Bells Fine Art Gallery, Halifax and at Betty's in Mahone Bay. She teaches a kids art workshop once a month in her community, and created a series of drawing lessons that begin each fall.
