After retiring from a 30-year career in education, Debbie moved back to Nova Scotia where she discovered a new passion - painting. Now a full-time artist working primarily in acrylic on canvas, Debbie’s work has lots of bold colour, drama, and energy. The results are dynamic and captivating. As Director of the Peggy’s Cove Area Festival of the Arts, and member of the Crossroad Artists, and the Aspotogan Arts & Crafts, Debbie is a well-known artist in the St. Margaret’s Bay area. Her studio will be closing after the Studio Tour this year because she is moving back to Alberta.
